By using this site you agree to these terms. Please use the site only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when you request an estimate or apply to join our painter network.

Prices shown before an on-site inspection are preliminary estimates based on the details and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an inspection and is presented to you for approval before work begins. Scheduling is subject to availability, access to the property and weather or site conditions.

Deposits, payment terms and applicable taxes are stated in the proposal you approve. Payment obligations arise from that approved proposal.

Submitting an application does not create an offer of work or any employment or contractor relationship. Work assignments are offered separately and are subject to our review, documentation and quality requirements.

Program: Twenty4Paint, an interior painting service operating in the Houston, Texas area, sends operational text messages to customers and to painters in our crew network who opt in.

Message types: customers may receive messages about estimates, inspections, scheduling, project progress and milestones, quality checks, and completion or service updates. Painters may receive messages about job assignments, schedule changes, quality corrections, payment updates and other operational project notifications.

Frequency and rates: these are recurring messages and message frequency varies with the activity on your project or assignments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Opt out and help: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@texaseliteservices.com.

Consent is optional: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, of requesting an estimate, or of applying to our painter network.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
