We collect the information you give us when you request an estimate, schedule an inspection, or apply to join our painter network: your name, phone number, email address, service address, project details, photos you choose to upload, and — for painter applicants — experience, equipment, references and compliance answers.

We also collect basic technical information such as device and browser data and log records generated when you use the site.

We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule and perform inspections and painting work, communicate with you about your project or application, process payments, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve our services.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared for those purposes under any circumstance.

Service providers that help us operate our messaging program (for example, our telecommunications and messaging platform providers) may process this information solely to deliver and support the messaging program on our behalf, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Opting in to text messages is always optional and is never required to request, receive or purchase services, or to apply to our painter network. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf — for example hosting, database, payment processing, email and messaging providers — and with the independent painting crews assigned to your project so the work can be performed. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property or safety.

We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet business, tax and legal record-keeping needs.

You can decline text messages at any time by not opting in, or by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may ask us to review, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. Declining messaging does not affect your estimate, project or application.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
